Shannon Talbot

Shannon joins Eastward Partners as a Principal, formerly of Hammer Haley, KPMG and Trio Search. Shannon brings nearly two decades of executive search and recruitment leadership experience to Eastward, specifically working with Private Equity funds and portfolio companies, Consulting organizations, Strategy and Accounting firms. Her successful search career spans executive level Accounting and Finance professionals in a variety of industries including technology, financial services, life sciences and energy. Shannon embraces diverse leadership and enjoys connecting clients with female leaders to drive success.

Shannon founded her own Executive Search firm in 2013, Trio Search, where she was a trusted talent advisor to publicly traded and privately held companies. Her organization became well known for identifying, attracting, and delivering high-performing candidates, working as a strategic partner. Her extensive network includes Big Four Accounting professionals, stemming from her earlier career at KPMG, where Shannon was critical in helping KPMG leaders to set and achieve critical human capital goals

Shannon graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she also participated in their Division I softball team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her three children, coaching soccer and baseball, and volunteering with local food banks.
