Matt has over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on professional services and private equity. He has worked closely with C-suite executives and senior leaders to deliver exceptional talent, helping clients drive growth and achieve their strategic objectives in competitive markets.

Matt was a Partner at two leading executive search firms, where he specialized in serving clients across disciplines such as strategy, technology, transformation, and operations leadership. Earlier in his career, he led talent acquisition functions at Gartner and BCG, focusing on hiring senior-level professionals within consulting and advisory roles.

Matt is dedicated to building trusted partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and aligning talent strategies with his clients' business goals.

Matt has a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and resides outside of Washington, DC with his wife and three children.
