Kim Kent

Kim is an accomplished recruiter who has over 7 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. Her expertise has been in working on VP and C-level placements for pre-revenue VC-backed startups to PE-funded organizations to multi-billion-dollar public companies. Currently serving as a Director at Eastward Partners, she joined to support the firm’s PE practice, driving strategic hiring initiatives for top-tier clients.

Kim has a history of identifying and recruiting best-in-class leaders across the country. Prior to joining Eastward Partners, she was a Director at SPMB and a Lead Recruiter at RJR Partners where she was consistently a top performer. She has successfully led and executed searches across a number of industries, including Enterprise Software (from applications to infrastructure), B2B2C, Consumer Marketplaces, Data/Analytics, Payments, Logistics and API integration companies.

Kim earned her B.A. in English Literature and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University where she was Athlete of the Year and 2-Time All American. In her free time, you can find her at the beach with her husband and daughters.
