Joe has 20 years of experience of which the last 16 have been as a recruitment operator and entrepreneur. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Eastward Partners, Joe has cultivated an elite client list which includes some of the most sought-after advisory firms in the world.

Joe’s experiences cut across a broad spectrum of talent focused challenges which include the construction of executive search processes for retained mandates, the design and implementation of talent functions for early stage companies, and recruitment campaigns or growth stage companies. Prior to Eastward Partners, Joe led the Management Consulting, Advisory, and Technology Practice for a global recruitment company for 8 years.

Joe prides himself on his ability to provide a sophisticated solution to a complex set of human capital challenges.

Joe graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Marketing and Business Management.
