Jess brings over seven years of demonstrated success in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing executive leadership talent within the professional services sector. Before joining Eastward Partners, Jess served as a Director at Genpact, where she collaborated with senior leaders in the technology and digital transformation space, facilitating strategic hires that propelled organizational growth.

Jess began her recruitment career at Hobson Associates, a boutique recruitment firm, specializing in mid-to-senior management placements within the Industrial and Finance markets. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Jess built valuable expertise in investment management and sales, which provided her with a strong foundation for understanding client and market needs.

A proud graduate of the University of Hartford, Jess earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with honors. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family and prioritizes maintaining both mental and physical well-being.
