With experience across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, and Technology sectors, Ben has a proven track record of delivering high-impact talent solutions. His expertise extends to areas such as digital product, data analytics, AI/ML, pricing strategy, finance, and digital transformation.

Known for his collaborative and results-driven approach, Ben partners closely with clients and candidates to ensure every placement aligns with their needs and goals. His passion for connecting people with opportunities has helped firms achieve their investment theses and long-term success.

Before joining Eastward Partners, Ben held leadership roles at Press & Associates, ANGLE, and Anchor HR Services, honing his skills in executive search, human capital strategy, and operations consulting. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen's University.
