Before joining Eastward Partners, Ben held leadership roles at Press & Associates, ANGLE, and Anchor HR Services, honing his skills in executive search, human capital strategy, and operations consulting. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen's University.
