Adam brings over 15 years of Human Capital Consulting experience to the firm and is responsible for building the firm infrastructure.
Previous to Eastward Partners, he led Recruiting, Research, and Operations for a boutique executive search firm serving the Private Equity sector, growing headcount from 15 to over 100. He helped build the operational infrastructure for the Recruiting & Research organization to scale the business while transitioning from a traditional Search Firm to a Human Capital Advisory Firm. He also managed the Search Operation to expand capacity & revenue capabilities while maintaining best-in-class service to top decile Private Equity software investors.
Previous to that, he worked at Deloitte Consulting as a member of the Ecosystems & Exponentials team, where he conducted market analysis of disruptive technologies (AI, Blockchain, Autonomous Robotics, etc.) and provided client-specific strategic solutions that leveraged emerging technologies as a business competency.
While not at work, he and his wife are busy wrangling three young children (beach, t-ball, soccer, parks, play dates, barbeques) and trying to squeeze in 18 holes wherever he can find it!
He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics.
