Our client engaged Eastward Partners to help locate a Vice President of Financial Due Diligence to be a catalyst in guiding the appropriate scope of buy- and sell-side diligence procedures, overseeing execution and providing proactive technical, commercial, and objective advice to Deal Teams.
Eastward presented 3 shortlists of relevant individuals in the Boston area, each matching core competencies and culture, with a different strength to bring to this newly formed role. Given the opportunity to define a new function for the client, Eastward Partners endeavored to show the client the benefit of each candidates’ respective skills and background.
